How often will I receive water deliveries?

We usually deliver on a monthly cycle, although we can tailor more frequent deliveries to suit your requirements if needed.

Can I get a Mains-fed watercooler?

Providing you have a mains water supply, you can have plumbed-in water coolers. In some cases, additional plumbing may be required depending on where the machine is to be situated. A free site survey will be required prior to installation where you will be given your options by our expert installers.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the whole of Yorkshire.

Where does your bottled water come from?

Our water comes from Seaton Spring. Their water is drawn from the deepest borehole of any 19 litre source in the UK. The depth of the limestone aquifer from which it is drawn guarantees the consistency of our crystal clear rock filtered water. Our water is bottled at source and constantly undergoes rigorous tests by AES Laboratories, part of the Northumbrian Water Group, to ensure that the water you receive is of the highest standard.

Can I get a Free Trial on a cooler?

Yes, if you’re undecided on whether a water cooler is for you – get in touch to arrange a 2 week free trial. We cannot offer free trials on our mains-fed and hot water boilers as these require plumbing.

What happens with my empty bottles?

All empty bottles are collected when new stock is delivered. We don’t charge bottle deposits, however, lost or damaged bottles are subject to a charge.
